Reflecting refined modernity throughout a functional layout, the Philadelphia Platinum display by Home Group was built with comfort in mind.

The front elevation of the display offers a welcoming statement, with wide windows and a range of textures. Upon entering the home, the chosen colour scheme reflects its contemporary design.

“The colours are based on an industrial theme with the exposed brick bringing in warmth against the contrasting whites, greys and areas of solid black,” Home Group Marketing Coordinator Giorgia Gulluni told New Homes.

“With open-plan living and seamless transitions between work and living spaces within the house, this home was designed with the vision of living in comfort.”

The open-plan zone stretches across the kitchen, dining and lounge area making it the hub of the home. The area is lit up by natural daylight through stacker doors, complemented by high ceilings.

“The luxury kitchen is a focal point of the home, which has really been made a feature with the black trim,” Ms Gulluni said.

Fitted with an array of streamlined appliances, the sleek kitchen features expansive benchtop space and extensive Della Vitta cabinetry, which is also found in the ensuite, bathroom vanities and walk-in robe. The kitchen also boasts underbench and overhead storage space to make sure everything you need is within reach.

Tucked away from the open-plan area is a home theatre, where the kids can spend some leisure time.

Ms Gulluni said the display would be most ideal for young families, given the well-equipped bedrooms and clever zoning.

“A children’s retreat is created, with the minor bedroom and study being located in the rear of the home,” she said.

“The minor bedrooms are serviced well by having the bathroom, powder room and study together.”

The master suite at the front of the home has a pleasant sense of flow between the bedroom and ensuite, which features full-height tiling and fittings for ultimate luxury.

This display is open for viewing on Monday and Wednesday from 2-5pm and Saturday and Sunday from 1-5pm.
