Bunbury mental health workshop to focus on first-aid

Bunbury residents will have the chance to hear from a mental health first-aid instructor to learn how to better support those experiencing a mental health crisis at a new workshop this month.

The WA Rural Regional Remote Women’s Network has joined forces with Mental Health Australia to host a mental health first-aid workshop on April 29.

With education and a conversation with someone, you can identify if they are going through mental health struggles.

The workshop will run from 9am to 4pm at Bunbury Towers.
