A popular Perth swimming pool has been listed as a high-risk COVID exposure site, with people who attended urged to get tested an isolate immediately.

Cockburn ARC was on Monday night listed as an area of concern in WA Health’s list of possible areas of concern, with people who attended at specific times last Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at risk.

Likewise, people who were on the mezzanine level of Riverview church in Burswood are also urged to get tested.

Earlier it was revealed a COVID-infected person visited Jo’s Curry House Indian Restaurant in Bunbury and Sporting Globe Bar and Grill in Mandurah.

The Health Department says anyone who visited during the exposure times should get tested immediately and isolate until they’ve received a negative result.

A childcare centre in Thornlie was also announced as an exposure site earlier on Monday.

It comes after WA recorded 13 new COVID cases, including what is believed to be regional WA’s first case of community spread.

That case has been detected in the greater Bunbury region and has not been linked to any of the pre-existing clusters.

Of the remaining cases, 10 are linked to the Coolbellup cluster — eight were household contacts and two were close contacts.

One additional case was recorded from the Safety Bay cluster and the other attended Willagee IGA, which has been named as an exposure site.

WA Health also recorded two separate cases related to interstate or overseas travel.

All cases are now in quarantine and contact tracers are working to determine potential exposure sites.
