Desperate search continues for missing man Peter Henry Woods, 66, last seen on April 27

The search for missing Coodanup man Peter Henry Woods continued today, with a strong police presence on both sides of the Serpentine River.

The 66-year-old has not been seen or heard from since leaving his home, 70km south of Perth, at about 9.30pm on Monday April 27.

About 40 State Emergency Service volunteers and Water Police were involved following an overnight operation that included local police, DFES volunteers, the canine section and Police Air Wing.

Police described the missing man as dark skinned, with a medium build and approximately 178cm tall.

He has greying hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a large black jumper and dark blue tracksuit pants.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Mr Woods is asked to call Police on 131 444.
