Double fatal crash as ute and four-wheel drive collide in Myrup

Two drivers have died after a ute and a four-wheel drive collided near Esperance on Thursday afternoon.

The fatal crash happened on Fisheries Road near Merivale Road in Myrup at about 5pm when a white Mitsubishi Triton and a silver Toyota Landcruiser collided head on.

Both drivers died at the scene. No other people were in either vehicle.

Police are investigating the crash to confirm the identities of the drivers.
