Manjimup netball team dominates carnival

The Manjimup Netball Association under 14 development team is celebrating being undefeated at the Members Carnival earlier this month.

The team participated in the June 2-4 carnival with teams from throughout the State.

Manjimup teams competed in the U12, U13, U14, Under 15 and the open divisions.

Club president Jess Durbin said all the teams showed great determination over the weekend.

“The older teams have progressed through divisions over a number of years, with their skills and attitude matching the other teams,” she said.

“Collectively the results were a fantastic reflection on the association and the dedication of the respective coaches.”
