The Perth woman accused of trying to kill a Woolworths employee by stabbing them in the back of the hip has an OnlyFans account for her feet.

Cassandra Hickling, 35, faced Midland Magistrates Court on Wednesday charged with one count of attempting to unlawfully kill Donna Marie Grocott.

The 44-year-old employee was stocking shelves in the pet food aisle at the Ellenbrook store when police allege she was stabbed with a filleting knife by the stranger just before 1pm on Tuesday and was rushed to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment.

Ms Hickling, from Bullsbrook, was also taken to hospital after her arrest a couple of hours later.

But the court was told a further mental health assessment was required.

The matter was recalled later on Wednesday and it was determined Ms Hickling could get the appropriate treatment she needed in prison, rather than requiring care in a psychiatric health facility.

She will face Stirling Gardens Magistrates Court on August 31.

Ms Hickling’s social media accounts, which have since been taken down, displayed many photos of her feet and she appeared to sell images on OnlyFans under the username Footsiegonerogue.

She boasts having “sexy” feet which are a size six.

Police said on Tuesday the alleged victim did not know her attacker and there was no prior interaction between them before the alleged incident.

“There was nothing said or anything to indicate that this was going to happen,” Midland Police Detective Sergeant Tania MacKenzie told reporters.

“(It is) something I’ve never heard of happening before in my career.

“It was just someone going about their day-to-day work, stacking shelves in the shopping centre.

“There’s been no one else in the aisle and she’s been approached by the suspect, who has [allegedly] stabbed her with a filleting knife.”

Sergeant Mackenzie said the alleged victim initially thought she had been hit by a shopping trolley before she realised she had been stabbed in the lower back.

The knife was still lodged in her body when she was taken to hospital.

Ms Grocott remains in a stable condition in hospital.

Woolworths said it was providing support to the alleged victim and offering counselling to staff members.
