House That! Luxurious Eagle Bay home overlooking the ocean seeks $9 million and boasts features galore

There are some big dollars behind a magnificent mansion for sale in Eagle Bay, but understanding the home is as easy as one, two, three. The coastal property, which has just undergone a $1 million refurbishment, includes two pools and three kitchens. It is set to become the fourth most expensive residential property to ever sell in the South West. The mansion has five bathrooms, six pieces of gym equipment and a whopping seven bedrooms. Eight dining tables are pictured in the 1000sqm home. With so much on offer, there is little wonder it has a $9 million price tag. Located 10 minutes from Dunsborough, the 2011-built home includes a 12-seat cinema. The home, being sold by businessman Kevin Matthews, overlooks the ocean through pristine bushland. The South West price record for a single residential home is held by Dalkeith’s Franco family, which bought a home on a 2.4 hectare block in Yallingup for $15m two years ago. In second place is a home in Eagle Bay, which sold for $12.1m two years ago. In third place is the 2007 sale of a $10.05m home from the same neighbourhood.
