VideoWA Police have released CCTV of a Madeley jewellery store robbery.

Police are hunting for a pair of jewellery thieves who smashed their way into a shopping centre in Perth’s north, before torching their getaway car.

CCTV footage shows two masked men using tools to break into the Kingsway City Shopping Centre about 1.30am on Thursday, May 27.

Inside, the two men smash the glass-door entrance into Tighe Jewellery Studio, fleeing a short time later with an unknown amount of precious goods.

Police say the men then drove their getaway car, a Honda Civic, to Geddes Street in Balcatta — where they set it alight.
