130th show attracts a big crowd

Visitor numbers were up on last year as thousands of people attended the 130th Bridgetown Show at the weekend.

The exhibitor with most points in the show was Beryl Sutton with 115. Most points in the Centenary Hall was Natalie Clynch with 67 while the best trade exhibit winner was Alf’s Machinery.

Other winners included Milk Machine (most interesting stationary engine); Glass Blowing on Timber (best stall exhibit); and Golding Blacksmiths (most creative exhibit on grounds).
