The Coachella Valley transformed into a playground for the rich and famous this weekend, with WA’s footy royalty among the 125,000 punters flocking to the California desert for the world’s most iconic music festival.

Leading the Aussie invasion was the ultimate queen of the WAGs, Bec Judd.

The Perth-raised media personality and mother-of-four swapped the school run for frozen margaritas, hitting the festival alongside bestie and podcast co-host Jess Roberts.

Judd gave her followers a front-row seat to the action, sharing clips of a surprise appearance by Jennifer Lopez during David Guetta’s high-octane set, as well as footage of the weekend’s most anticipated performer, Justin Bieber.

She wasn’t the only AFL partner soaking up the sun.

Paris Bishop, the 22-year-old girlfriend of Essendon star Sam Durham, proved she’s a certified “Belieber,” sporting a white lacy corset and a golden bronze tan.

Bishop shared snippets of the pop superstar’s set, declaring there is simply “no cure for Bieber fever.”

The FOMO was felt back home in WA, with Liv Cripps — wife of West Coast Eagles veteran Jamie Cripps — taking to Instagram to share a clip of Bieber’s performance accompanied by four crying emojis.

The festival’s first weekend was one for the history books.

On Friday night pop princess Sabrina Carpenter turned the desert into “Sabrinawood.”

The 26-year-old stunned the crowd with a 90-minute set that blended the vintage glamour of old Hollywood with celebrity cameos, cheeky innuendos, and revealing ensembles.

On Saturday night Bieber leaned into the nostalgia his fans were praying for, performing a mix of fresh hits and 15-year-old classics that turned a crowd of grown adults back into screaming tweens.

Closing out weekend one a record-breaking performance from Karol G, who became the first Latina to close out the main stage in Coachella’s 25-year history.
