Westina Winmar: Police appeal to public for help to locate missing Goldfields woman

WA Police are urgently seeking the public’s assistance to locate a 30-year-old woman missing from the Goldfields, amid concerns for her welfare.

Westina Winmar was last seen leaving a residence in Laverton on Tuesday, December 9, 2025.

Police say her disappearance is out of character and are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.

Ms Winmar is described as being about 165cm tall, of solid build, with brown hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing black tights and a black singlet with tan stripes.

Police say she is known to frequent Laverton, Kalgoorlie and Northam, and has family connections throughout Perth.

Investigators are also calling on members of the public who may have relevant CCTV, mobile phone or dashcam footage from the Laverton area between 9.30am on Tuesday, December 9, and 2.00am on Wednesday, December 10 to upload it via the WA Police community portal.

Anyone who sights Ms Winmar or has information that may assist police is urged to contact authorities immediately on 131 444.
