Power restored after blackout plunges Perth CBD into chaos
Power has been restored in Perth CBD after a blackout this morning left 2700 people without power.
Western Power customers in Perth, West Perth and East Perth were affected by the outage with crews arriving on-site for repairs about 7.56am.
Power was restored at 8.29am and the blackout lasted for an hour and three minutes.
