Brutal Bombers blow Dogs away

The Warren Blackwood Bombers have emerged from their first round of finals victorious, with a 60-point win over Bunbury Bulldogs Black.
Heavy rain held off for the Saturday game, with the Bombers scoring repeatedly throughout each quarter and Bulldogs Black not scoring a single goal.
This resulted in a final score of 61-1 and the win has secured the Bombers a spot in the grand final which will be held on September 14.
This weekend, Bulldogs Black and Busselton Magpies will play in the preliminary finals to decide who will play the Bombers the following weekend.
The Bombers are at the top of the ladder, with 44 points, followed by Bulldogs Black on 40.
The Magpies are sitting in fourth spot with 24 points but after their weekend win against Bulldogs Gold, who are third on the ladder, they have a good shot at making the grand final.
Goal Kickers: Warren Blackwood Bombers: D. East 3, L. Holdsworth 3, E. Read 2, C. Peos, C. Ellis
