A Greenbushes woman has pleaded guilty to a string of drug offences after a search and seizure carried out by police at her house last month. Tara Lee Vitali, 30, was celebrating her birthday party on June 3 when police executed a search warrant at her property, where they found cannabis, psilocybin mushrooms, and drug paraphernalia. During their search, police found 1.5g of cannabis, which the court heard was intended as a birthday present, and just under 10g of the psychedelic mushrooms. The paraphernalia consisted of a used syringe and empty sealed bags which, when tested, revealed traces of methamphetamine. The mushrooms and paraphernalia were destroyed after the seizure. Vitali, pictured, was hit with a $300 fine for the cannabis, a $200 fine for the psilocybin mushrooms, and a $200 fine for the drugs paraphernalia.
