Get a piece of Warren Show jigsaw art project

Tari JeffersManjimup-Bridgetown Times

Children, adults and community groups are being invited to join in a new collaborative art project as part of this year’s Make Smoking History Warren District Agricultural Show.

The jigsaw puzzle piece art project invites people to decorate a printout of a puzzle piece and add it to others at the show.

Show clerk Rebecca Wallace said people could download the puzzle piece template from the show’s website.

“When it comes together, it will make a giant, borderless puzzle,” she said.

“It represents how individuals make a community.”

Mrs Wallace added there was no specific theme for how people could decorate the pieces, only that they represented themselves.

Puzzle pieces can be dropped off at the show office until March 16 and people are asked to put their contact details on the back if they want the piece returned.

The project will be on display in the show’s exhibition hall.
