People will have the opportunity to dress to impress when the highly-anticipated 2018 Cherry Cabaret Ball is held later this month.

For the first time in many years, the ball, a fundraising event for the Manjimup Cherry Harmony Festival, will again be held.

Cherry Cabaret Ball committee member Franzine Karamfiles said a feature of the ball would include the Australian Army Band from Perth.

“They feature sets comprising big band swing in the style of Frank Sinatra, Glen Miller and Michael Buble plus a touch of jazz,” she said.

“The 60/70s rock ‘n’ roll sets should get the crowd dancing.”

The ball’s dress code is cocktail/evening wear, people can pre-order food platters from the Cherry Box for $25 or bring their own supper.

There is no BYO alcohol.

Tickets are available online at www.cherryfestival.com.au at a cost of $50.

Doors open 7.30pm for an 8pm start.
