Guy Grossi kicked off this year’s Truffle Kerfuffle with his Feast and Fire opening dinner on Friday night.

The special dining event sold out as more than 200 people gathered at the long table celebration for a taste of the finest the region has to offer.

Both locals and visitors came together to get their truffle fix and indulge in a rich atmosphere of gourmet food and live music from Marisa and Mark De Vattimo.

The guests were treated to a menu of seven unique truffle dishes made from local produce and truffles hand-picked from the surrounding southern forests region.

Across the three days 1417 diners attended the various dining events and more than 32kg truffles were used.
