Pemberton District High School students got colourful recently to raise more than $4000 for new school sporting equipment.

Students from Pre-Primary to Year 10 competed in a colour run lapathon at the school oval on November 22.

In the lead up to the event, students sought pledges per lap they aimed to complete from parents and family friends.

“Our entire school completed as many laps of the oval as they could in 40 minutes while volunteers — teachers, P&C members and former students — doused them in coloured powder,” principal Lee Illingworth said.
