A 98 motel villa resort with gym, pools and outdoor cinema bound for empty lot in Manjimup

Manjimup might soon be home to a new tourist resort with a development application currently being considered by the shire. The proposed resort will include 98 villas, a gymnasium, indoor and outdoor pool, 20 bungalows and an outdoor cinema. Located on Lots 71-82 Narocki Way, the resort is set to fill majority of the vacant land between Pritchard and Chopping streets. The Shire of Manjimup is inviting public comments for the proposed development. Details of the proposal are available for inspection at the Shire of Manjimup office or via the shire website. All comments must be received via email or mail by September 27 at 5pm and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Manjimup.
